Bad Service from the owner

I had the worst experience ever, the owner of the campany named Bembe has no sense of customer service, she refuses to use my international credit card and only requesting immediate payment, which I did not get the car on time, she has no sense of customer service at all, a VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER AT ALL.
