Deposit refund

I did rent a car on February 15th for one day and made a deposit of 3000R. The next day I returned the car without any issues or damages. It was been 4 months now they didn’t give back my deposit. I call them several times and even had some email exchanges but they are always lying about the refund. I realized that they have stolen my money and don’t want to give it back.
