Philip Venter PT Roots scammer

Philip Venter sold me a used tumble dryer reported to be in working condition. He delivered the dryer and tested the product with me. He advised that the dryer needs a load to fully heat up. We had a money-back arrangement if it does not work after I test it with the first load. All the promises he made were lies and now he has excuses and disappeared.
