Big Up to Public Protector

We always have negative thoughts when thinking of Government Departments. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big Thank You to the office of the Public Protector's Western Cape offices and especially Phumela and Jeanette for their speedy assistance in getting a matter resolved I brought their attention. Not only where they very understanding to the urgency of my case but dealt with things effectively, efficiently but always kept me in the loop with regular mail and telephonic updates. I simply wish that all other government structures can learn from this team.
