I am writing this with great disappointment regarding the extremely poor service, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises from your company.
My daughter enrolled in a few courses through your platform. After paying for services that she never ended up using, we have been fighting a constant uphill battle to get our money refunded. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and messages, we have received no real resolution—only empty promises and delayed responses.
The few times we did receive feedback, we were told that the outstanding amount could be used toward a different course. Let me be absolutely clear: we do not want to make use of your services again—ever. Offering credit instead of a refund for services not rendered is not only unacceptable, it feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid your financial responsibility.
I even personally spoke to Marli Schoonraad (Founder of Pull North), who assured me that this issue would be resolved. That was months ago. Still, nothing has been done.
This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. I do not like writing negative reviews, but this situation is ridiculous and has gone far beyond what any client should have to endure.
To anyone considering using this company: Please think twice. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Their communication, administration, and customer care are completely lacking, and they do not seem to take accountability when things go wrong.
We expect this matter to be resolved immediately, with a full refund issued without further delay.
