Terrible company its over 3 months I've paid in full for a pulpit 3500r I've not received it the owner gives you one excuse after the next promising to do a refund but never dose today he tells me he doesn't have money to refund me they *****s

Worst service from Matthew at Puplits emporium krugersdorp.
Very ********* and unprofessional. I bough a pulpit in April 2025 and to-date I have not received my pulpit. I paid including delivery and he gave me excuses until I arranged my own.. now he cannot prove that the pulpit is available and he is so rude and keeps dropping my calls. Never ever buy from these ****mers.. it’s a ****a shop to be avoided. Address is N14 114 Honningklip Krugersdorp . And the owner/manager is Matthew

I bought a pulpit and also paid a deliver fee
I bought a pulpit and also paid a deliver fee. They then said they will deliver the pulpit but kept making excuses that they have a many orders. Eventually the date for them to close for December holidays came and they couldn’t deliver. They then said I have to fetch it then they will refund me my deliver fee. I fetched it then they said the guy who deals with finances has already closed so I will get it January 2025. I have been calling them non stop, they keep making excuses. I regret the day I used their services, they are taking customers for a ride, please don’t buy pulpits and podiums in this company, you will regret.

I bought a pulpit and also paid a deliver fee. They then said they will deliver the pulpit but kept making excuses that they have a many orders.
