I bought a pulpit and also paid a deliver fee

I bought a pulpit and also paid a deliver fee. They then said they will deliver the pulpit but kept making excuses that they have a many orders. Eventually the date for them to close for December holidays came and they couldn’t deliver. They then said I have to fetch it then they will refund me my deliver fee. I fetched it then they said the guy who deals with finances has already closed so I will get it January 2025. I have been calling them non stop, they keep making excuses. I regret the day I used their services, they are taking customers for a ride, please don’t buy pulpits and podiums in this company, you will regret.
