Poor poor poor service!

Hi there,

On the 28th of January my husband ordered and paid a necklace for me from Puppy Pieces SA. To this day we have not received it.

My husband sent many many messages on Facebook & Whatsapp to the owner of the page, she had so many excuses! The necklace was in stock when my husband ordered and paid for it and then two days later he was told that it was never in stock. She says she has supplier problems and problems getting the product to her. She did not let him know about the problems, he had to ask multiple times what the hold up was.

My husband left comments and a review on her page but it gets deleted very quickly.

Please help me in exposing this bad experience as it has been almost 4 months since he placed the order. Their page has time to put new items up for sale everyday but they don't have the time to send out orders that have been paid for. All we get is empty promises and different excuses everytime.
