Having 2 little kids with a passion for reptiles especially snakes we wanted them to learn the dangers of snakes while still having the love and respect needed.
Upon paying our guide was called telephonically and a question was posed of what skin colour we are to which he was told white. I'm not sure what that has to do with running a reptile park and frankly its offensive as at that stage I wanted to ask for the money back and leave but had Hope's it would be worth it. Boy was I wrong.
Our guide read all the signs to tell us about the snakes which we could have done ourselves anyway.
No effort was made to educate the children and viewing the snakes was done in a rush.
You pay a heck of a fee to go in and if you wish to take a photo with one of the big boa constrictors it's an additional 60 p.p.
I don't recommend pure venom nor will I ever return.
