What a nightmare of an experience. Ordered from PureDier in the past, the service was efficient and the company was running like a well oiled machine. What the hell has gone wrong? Is it new owners? Are you making too much money now? You don’t answer phone calls, you don’t reply to any messages or emails. The one time you did answer my call, you decided to be untruthful. Why could you not just own up there and then that you guys can’t handle the amount of orders anymore or that you are overworked or better yet just not interested anymore. At least give your customers feedback. Really disappointed!
I love supporting local businesses, but this whole experience was just dissatisfying.
