This is the worst service I have ever encountered! I placed an order 17 October, paid and received an email that my purchase has been successful. It is 29 November and still the package has not been delivered. I have sent about 12 emails to their customer service department asking where my product is since 28 October. Every time I get a response of the package is enroute and I have to be patient. When I ask for specifics, they send me the tracking link and tracking number. After saying multiple times, I am already tracking my parcel, they still send me the tracking link and tracking number. I have even gone as far as to track the contact details of the courier services they are using. The courier services told me to contact the seller for updates and questions. I again sent an email, same response.
