06 Jan 2023, 22:14Nick, I am merely informing others to be aware so that they do not experience what I have, nobody deserves that. I do know what the rubble costs because I paid for it. I also had to PAY AGAIN for a filter, pump, sand, cement, pipes, fittings, coping, electrical and much more ...which I had already paid you for as per your quote, but did not receive.
Yes I do know the ground was hard because I told you it was hard. I gave you a pick to test it so that you could quote accordingly, you insisted that it was fine.
I did not kick anyone off site, you told me you were in a "terrible accident" which is why you could not meet your guys on site that day when they were 'waiting for water' .. according to them you said you had a flat tyre.
The shell had to eventually be removed again by the way, because the bottom was resting on hard chunks of clay rocks with no back filled sand to rest on. There was no sand or cement on site either but you were waiting for the water truck to fill a pool which was not even straight or level.
The company who came in had to widen the hole and make it deeper in order to fit properly.
I can back my "misinformation" with evidence Nick. Are you able to do the same, trying to portray me as an unreasonable client. I have every right to be disgruntled and you know that very well. I have nothing to gain by giving you a bad review. If you ran an honest business then you would not have taken my money and avoided me. You made absolutely no effort to contact me to discuss anything, where's the honesty in that? I am surprised you responded here as I thought you had vanished.
All I aim to achieve by posting this review is to make others aware so that they too don't lose their hard earned money as you rightfully say.
You have always had the option to contact me to make this right but that you will only do if you truly run an honest business.
