Got my phone delivered last week Wednesday and asked them to port my existing number out from Vodacom to their network that I may continue to use my existing number. Vodacom deregistered me on their network the same day and since that day till now, I am still unable to use my existing number because something that purple mobile has not done on their side. You cant call them and when you WhatsApp them, there is absolutely no sense of urgency on their side. I need this number as its my work number and its affecting my work now. Why would they want to help me urgently because they already got their first payment from me so now they are relaxed. I'm absolutely disgusted in the service they provide.
