I find it ridiculous & unfair that some passengers that use 87 bus to 16th Road Midrand make sure that they wake up early to catch the 87 bus only for us to get to Boulders each & everyday & wait for other people from different busses specifically "18". We now have to suffer because other people cannot make an effort to at least find an alternative bus in order to get to Pennyville or Boulders just in time to get the 87 bus but then again I blame PUTCO because this instruction that was given to the driver was laid by someone from management. Other passengers get to work late 10 or more minutes late because of this. Can we receive proper and fair services that we pay for. RESPECT OUR TIME & SUPPORT!!

I am ****son and I was bumped by one of the Pucto buses 6336 on the 13th October 2025..I have since been given a claim number and they said I must follow with the insurance company Carleo Insurance Brokers.When I follow up with the insurance company, the insurance company then says they are awaiting reports from the their client which is Putco.I dont know who to follow up with anymore.. Kindly please assist.. I use the car for work and the boot is not closing..I need to get it fixed as soon as possible..

I have a query regarding a Putco bus driver Tinyiko to be specific that driver is rude, very disrespectful and very unfair towards some passengers. He has this tendency to leave certain passengers just because he doesn't like them and waits for those he likes which for me is very unfair if you are going to be kind to people why not everyone as a daily use of transport I am furious as I am writing this review a passenger once complained about him and it was made to seem as if she is the one that is wrong whereby he was at fault he passes you even when he sees you. 5 September 2025, Friday, at 06:40 pm. Bus no.9148. I'm a 21 year old girl who took a bus at Randburg opposite with SARS. I always ask my parents to wait for me where the bus delivers me because by the time I get there it's dark. The bus driver was using his phone while driving, he was actually on a call. I told him to drop me off at short right opposite Sebetsa o-thole moputso secondary he looked at me continued with his phone call and kept on driving my parents stood there looking at me passing with the bus they panicked and tried to chase the bus. He told me he want to round with me. I got scared because of how things are at this time people being killed and kidnapped. He dropped me off at Bonamelo primary school. Please teach your driver's to respect their passengers and do they are asked to do. My parents wait for me there for my safety, but the driver chose to put me in danger.

My child started training in Randburg on Monday, we got the putco tech for transport. The bus is available in the morning but coming back is big problem as no one seems to know about a bus that passes through Roodepoort late, funny enough we see these busses everyday dropping people late. When the tries to ask the Protea Glen driver he arrogantly told him he does not go vi Roodepoort when i phoned putco and they told me it 11 Nd 12 goes via Roodepoort. The driver s are very rude and arrogant yesterday the driver was very nasty throwing hands my child respectfully asking if the bus goes via Roodepoort. Its a disgrace that putco employs old grey men who are bitter, rude , arrogant with no humanity towards people as if they dont have kids themselves. My child was frustrated and sad, had to use taxis to get home safe. I am really dissappointed.
