Query regarding putco driver

I have a query regarding a Putco bus driver Tinyiko to be specific that driver is rude, very disrespectful and very unfair towards some passengers. He has this tendency to leave certain passengers just because he doesn't like them and waits for those he likes which for me is very unfair if you are going to be kind to people why not everyone as a daily use of transport I am furious as I am writing this review a passenger once complained about him and it was made to seem as if she is the one that is wrong whereby he was at fault he passes you even when he sees you. He drives recklessly and causes commotion on the road
