Pylontech Batteries. We cannot complain about service, because there is nothing.

Please do not buy any Pylontech batteries. The after market service is worse than worse. It is an endless struggle to have any support with firmware updates of any kind. There is NO softeware to assist you as a technician. We are trying to resolve issues through some very supportive solar companies, but still Pylontech is non existing in any support.
