Pylontech Batteries. Poor support service from Pylontech

We bought 12 x 5.5Kwh Batteries for a system. All went well until we found that 2 of the batteries have issues with the Software. We sent it to the supplier and they can't assist. Pylontech does not support them regarding the software updates. Pylontech does not have ANY support system in South Africa and they refuse to assist. They force you to use the supplier and pay them to come and do a software update. Pethetic. My Client is no busy with legal action against me because of this stupid Company and their arrogant attitude.
