Awesome service

My grandmother passed away on Friday night..and I called Pyramid around 2am and it was my first time dealing with them but they made things easy for me and my family.they kept their promises..On Monday I went to their office to make my grandmother funeral arrangements they even took us to home affairs to do my grandma death certificate wow!!!!I must say the service exceeded my expectations I was assisted by Lebo from Mafikeng branch so friendly and highly efficient making the whole process smooth and stess free.... it's rare to come across such a professionalism and combined with genuine warmth...Thank you ...
