"Brilliant service from QMasters"
Saw an ad on the internet where QMasters advertise a red and yellow set Aramith ***** in including a black with the Aramith logo .Placed an order,received a tax invoice per e-mail and a whataApp from Portia whom was handling the order. I told her that their ad shows a black with the Aramith logo Also sent her a screenshot of what they were advertising Received the ***** today with a normal 8 Ball Typical an example where they advertise something and send you something different Nothing else but *****!

Appauling service from q master
I purchased a talisman pro tip from q masters for R190. The tip had a defect which can only be seen after cutting. I took the tip back to them they refused to exchange it yet talisman gives a guarantee on their tip or they give you 3 tips. The manager at q masters refused to exchange the tip and said i must pay for another. I support them very often and since last year august i already spent over 20k at this store. I definately would not support them again.

Fault product
Bought a pool table on the 21st of August 2019 within a week a pool was giving me trouble. The lady who was helping me Rihanna gave me the worse service every in this planet. She lies like no body business. Take my advice don’t buy anything from this people after paying they will ignore you and expect you to pay for their nonsense service. Bad experience ever. I regret my self big time.

Fault product
