Disappointed is an understatement. I submitted my documents for a change of ownership on 3 November 2025 and was told the process would take 5–7 days. Not only did I receive no communication, but every time I followed up I was given vague excuses about delays. After a month of chasing updates, I demanded my papers back, only to be told my roadworthy certificate had expired. They promised to send me a new one, yet two weeks later I’m still waiting — again with no proactive updates. What irritates me most is that I had to constantly follow up on something they should have communicated the moment they realized they couldn’t meet the promised timeline. This is unacceptable service. Honestly, I could have gone directly to the traffic department and sorted it out in a single day. Q No More? More like Queue Forever.
Today, 19th of December 2025, after writing this review, i am yet to follow up AGAIN.
