A ****- don't fall for their low fees.
They offer unbeatable fee. You would think you will get a an assessment and a certificate at low price. At least in my case it was wrong.
I wanted to get a plumbing and electricity certificate only for the sake of formality as the building is relatively new and I regularly get the place checked. Once I paid the R700, the claimed that both the plumbing and electricity require repair over R3400. I should have trusted the negative reviews about them. Of course, they know that if conveyancing is happening, the certificate is needed, hence taking advantage of it. What a ****!!

19 May 2023, 07:51Kamil, you would have received your certificates at the low fee if you had no issues of non-compliance. Sadly, we inspected your property and your previous contractors did not do their job correctly, of which is no fault of ours. I did recommend that you go back to your previous suppliers, but you indicated that you did not have the time and preferred to deal with a more reputable company. You accused us of being a "scum" and providing you with opportunistic reports. I then challenged you to advise me of any item on your reports were not required by law, stating that I would give you all your inspection fees back if you could prove we had added anything that was not a SANS regulation. You were unable to do so. Its such a disappointment that your ignorance has a bearing on our reputation!!! At QC we keep it real, and back it up with SANS regulations in black and white or you get your money back!!

Making people believe that they would get a certificate in an economic way, yet cornering them to milk as much money as the company could, then harassing them via email using words like "ugly" and "********" is dishonest and unprofessional.

22 May 2023, 06:48We never made you believe anything, we merely offer a competitive inspection fee, the costs of the remedial work, if any, are based on the faults that are found at the property, of which is different at every home. Case closed, all the very best moving forward.

22 May 2023, 07:47You're playing technical to defend yourself. Anyone who goes to your website is made to believe that they'll get an affordable assessment. It's a trap. They either continue to be milked by accepting the "quotes" for work to be done, or they get ****** of 'the assessment fee' and "case closed" of course.
