QC SHUTTERS - VERY POOR SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP ON SHUTTERS

Further to my whatsApp send to you Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 November and my telecon to you on 13 November, please find the following email on my concern.

To recall, QC Shutters installed shutters at our holiday house in Hunters Pride Estate as per quotation attached, completed 25 September 2023, As per the photo’s attached found that the shutter slats on the door type shutters in three of the four rooms are breaking out a total of four slats were found. As per your reply when I phoned you confirmed that this is due to man handling and that I will have to pay for the repairs.

On 14 November I forwarded you a photo of door shutters installed in my house in Pretoria that you have not since then opened, with handles that you pull to open the doors and fold up accordingly, see attached, the doors supp**** by QC Shutters have no handles and one needs to pull the doors open on the slats being the possible cause of it breaking out. This then confirms that the slats strength is not adequate to accommodate this action.

I further confirm that we only used the house four times since 25 September to date.

I request you to seriously look into this as a problem that is definitely not man handling of your product.

It would be appreciated if you could urgently get back to me on this and the way forward.
