If I could give 0 stars I would. The list of issues with Qcars is loooooong: 1) customer service is terrible, 2) they sold us a car as a 2018 model when it was later found it was a 2016 model 3) multiple mechanical and electrical issues that weren't disclosed at the time of sale 4) excessively long times that the car had been in their possession for repairs, in the latest instance, 3 weeks for an airbag sensor and an exhaust gasket, issues that came out (again) only later 5) independent assessor's verdict was that the car was in an accident, it was never mentioned to us at the time of sale 6) the sales people, owner of the dealership we purchased a car at and administrative staff are unhelpful, uncommunicative and uncaring. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER
