These people are ****mers , I made an online request to book for a car hire and I was charged , saying if you cancel in 48hrs you will be refunded but up now I am told stories and they keep lying and saying we made the cancelation after 48hrs , ****mers ****mers ****mers

I booked and paid a rental car 5 months in advance, just to arrive in a foreign country on the day of my booking and learn from Europcar that the booking wasn't valid. I had to make a new booking and pay again directly with Europcar so Qeeq stole $1000 from me. I've been in contact with them for the past few weeks to get a refund but so far they've just tried to make excuses or shift blame to other parties. These people are ****mers and no one should ever use their service!

hired a car for 5 days prepaid, and like an idiot I forgot some required documentation. They clearly stated that if I notified them 48 hours in advance that I would receive a refund. Let them know at time of pickup that I would not be able to give the required documentation and could therefore not hire. In my mind they require 48 hours to get the car rehired so in fairness I should pay for 2 days, however this company feels its entitled to the full 5 days. Not being able to hire a car ruined my holiday and on top of this they have capitalized on my misfortune so therefore cannot hire through them again.
