NON delivery f Trailer after 5 months from QTEC Trailers

Bought a 3m trailer from Trevor de Bruyn from QTEC Trailers based in Alberton, with a 60% deposit paid upfront - The trailer was different from what was described and promised. I asked him to sell it and refund my deposit - months later Trevor has not returned my deposit but has provided excuse after excuse in either returning the deposit or delivering the unit. This deposit was paid on the 27th of Nov 24- At the end of Feb 25 I requested the unit to be delivered. On the 7th of May the trailer has not been delivered. Trevor from Qtec trailers have proven to be *********. This company has poor cash flow and may not deliver even after your deposit has been paid.
