<p>I've been buying prepaid electricity from them for a while. In the beginning i did not have too many problems. Then i started getting issues where i pay in money but when i want to purchase electricity i get error reports that say insufficient funds although it reflects in my account then i would have to wait a day or two for it to get corrected. . This was very inconvenient as usually by that time my prepaid electricity ran out so i had to make emergency plans quite often. They don't answer the phone when you try to contact them. This week was the last straw. I paid R800 into the account on Sunday and it did not reflect in my account. I tried to contact them to no avail. This is now 3 days later and still no luck. Stay away from this company.</p>
