My account suddenly disappeared. When I try to log in to my account the app wants to verify my identity, and when I do so it says I already have an account. it goes into an infinite loop and there is no option where I can contact support because I cant get into my account. I give this a 1 rating because i cant get support and therefore i basically lost all my money.
Absolutely incompetent and worthless. Even the people that reply on the hellopeter website. I did give a feedback to them with my reference number before. They replied here on hellopeter saying that they will look into the case. As i mentioned before, they totally ignore me and after the reply still ignore me. It is now the third time I try to close my account and they absolutely don't care. You would think that after two years not paying them, they would suspend my account. NO! the dumb idiots just keep on coming back for more. They are utterly useless. The worst service i've ever seen in my entire life.
The most pathetic customer service I've ever come across. In 2019 I attempted to close my account. I went to Dion Wired and did it over the phone. A few months later they contacted me, apparently my account was still open. I then went to Dion wired and closed it again because I don't have any evidence, and i got a reference number. Now 2 years later i get a call from the debt collectors claiming my account is still open and it looks they still claim admin fees every month for work they don't do. I do not recommend anybody to join RCS because when they have you in their clutches first of all they don't care and secondly they don't let you go. You are caught like a rat in a trap.

<p>I've been buying prepaid electricity from them for a while. In the beginning i did not have too many problems. Then i started getting issues where i pay in money but when i want to purchase electricity i get error reports that say insufficient funds although it reflects in my account then i would have to wait a day or two for it to get corrected. . This was very inconvenient as usually by that time my prepaid electricity ran out so i had to make emergency plans quite often. They don't answer the phone when you try to contact them. This week was the last straw. I paid R800 into the account on Sunday and it did not reflect in my account. I tried to contact them to no avail. This is now 3 days later and still no luck. Stay away from this company.</p>
