Unsuccessful withdrawal for a month.
I have been trying to withdraw my money from Etoro for a month now. I have moved countries and cannot update my bank details from my side, it keeps declining and my bank can't explain why. I have sent my new ban details to Etoro twice to be updated and still nothing has been done. When I contact support I keep getting transferred from agent to agent without any success. How do i get my money out of Etoro and close my account? No one can seem to answer me.

Costi eccessivi e assistenza pessima
La utilizzava il mio ragazzo e ha chiuso l'account dopo che ha notato che i costi di conversione da $ a € erano troppo elevati, addirittura 1% di commissione per il cambio della valuta. In questo modo quando trasferiva i soldi dal conto in dollari a quello in euro in Italia ci perdeva sempre. Tra l'altro non si capisce perché il conto debba essere in dollari se l'iban appartiene a Malta ed eToro ha sede a Cipro, quindi entrambe ****oni in cui si utilizzano gli euro. Forse lo fanno apposta per poter lucrare sul cambio. Inoltre l'assistenza clienti è pessima: non solo non risolve nulla, ma incasina ancora di più le cose!
