I am waiting for my salary from an internation inward transfer. It was supposed to be in 4 days ago!! I phone the call centre 0860 109 799 and i've been on hold for 25 minutes. The annoucement when i started the call said my estimated wait time is 12 minutes. 25 minutes later it still says 12 minutes wait time SO THIS MEANS ABSA IS NOT ANSWERING ANY CALLS if 25 minutes past and the wait time is still 12 minutes!! THIS IS URGENT BECAUSE I HAVE DEBIT ORDERS TODAY!!! If you wish to keep me as a customer then someone needs to phone me today! Else I will find another bank with less problems, less hassels for inward transfer and a bank that actually answers calls and no ***** contractors!
Food not delivered. No first have to fight with them to refund.. 11pm now.. no resturants open anymore.,.. THX UBER you ***ing tarts.
Hugely disappointed in ABSA. I order a replacement card last week. Your courier DSV only called once on Friday at 9:41am. They claimed to have phoned this morning as well but that is a lie. Now they are telling me they will need additional days to deliver to my address, and the lady had to take down my address?!?!? When I ordered the card from the ABSA online banking app I ordered it specifically for home delivery. I told her I ordered the card last week because I need it before tomorrow night as I have a function tomorrow night and I need the card. You would think an ABSA Premium (Platinum) member would have someone looking after him but this does not seem to be the case.

THE SECOND CALL THE CALL JUST GETS DROPPED?!?!?!? THE 3RD CALL I SPEAK TO A LADY AND SHE SAYS SHE CANNOT TRANSFER ME TO A MANAGER. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!! MAKRO ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REFUSE THIS REQUEST!! WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! MY MOTHER ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE XMAS. IT IS NOW 3 WEEK AFTER XMAS AND STILL NOTHING!! SHE FOLLOWED UP ON 4JAN AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT HER... 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO WORD!! THE CALL CENTER LADY THAT REFUSED TO PUT ME THROUGH TO A MANAGER ALSO HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE ORDER!! GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR ASSES AND WAKE THE **** UP!!!
I have had numberous problems with UBER EATS. My friends had numberous with UBER EATS. It is best to stay away from UBER EATS. They have ****** money from a friend, they had taken money from me for goods that is delivered in bad condition and good luck getting anything out of them. Your best bet is to complain to the national comsumer commission if you want anything done because after sales does not exist.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM MIWAY!!! THEY SPAM YOU NON-STOP ONCE THEY GET YOUR NUMBER!!! UNSOLICITED CALLS!!!
Ticket 05785617 I was using etoro for years. suddenly they decided to close the account because they deemed it "inactive" when I contacted them on this they said "The reason for the closure of your account is due to regulatory requirements. South Africa is considered a high-risk country, and as a result, we have implemented procedures in accordance with these regulations. An email notification was sent to all accounts originating from this location to inform them of this procedure." There was no instruction on how to prevent this from happening. You cannot just contact them and support on etoro's side has over the years been very lacking. I would not recommend trading with ETORO.. avoid if possible. I did not have money to invest the past 3 years and the sad thing is I was looking start up again this year. ETORO just threw away this customer for good! I am now looking to move www.interactivebrokers.com
Miway spam calls me daily. I have asked on numerious occasions to remove me but nothing is done and I just get another spam call the same day or the next day from Miway. Best advice is to stay way clear of a company with these BAD ETHICTS that spam calls people to death. On another note. Is there anyone with advice on what action I can take against Miway? Ombudsman? Regulators? Court Case?

Useless customer service as usual.. Tried to chat the an agent about an upgrade but the agent did not respond at all and just ended the chat.... waisting my time!!! Why do I even stay with Vodacom, so many times before I was considering quiting my Vodacom contract and moving to MTN...
