I "was" a regular at cape to cuba kalk bay for many years. Went there at my birthday with a couple of friends. Food over priced and sucks now, before it was nice. I myself ordered chili poppers, the last few times i went there, they where nice green and filled with cheese and had a nice crust. Now, you hardly could bite into them, they where chewy and oil dripping, just disgusting. The bar stuff think they are the kings / owners, i asked for my favorite shot, and he told me "we are now a higher up establishment" and "we don't serve cheap stuff like that anymore", mind I was asking to a "coffee patron tequila", but they had other patron tequila there. Same was when I asked for the italian!! sambuca, and got the same answer. This people now think they have a high flight, and I don't think the owner lady knows what's really going on in her premise. (Btw, we also do business with cape to cuba), so means this is a kinda double disappointment for my visit. Never again, they lost one more good regular customer, (I spend over 6k last monday, what a waste)
They are data collectors for the south african government. ONLY in south africa they are asking for an south african 13 digits ID number when ordering. In NO other country, germany, nigeria, zimbabwe, france, US or anywhere else they are asking for any ID on checkout. This is **************!!!! I've complained about and they excused it with "customs clearance purpose" and "payment verification purpose" which is simply said just BS. Because shein have nothing to do with the local custom clearance process or even when checking out to payment gateway the ID verification is up to the payment gateway they are using and not up to SHEIN. They are losing out on so many potential customers!! Because in south africa, there are so many different people with different Identification status and Papers and maybe also just short term for work and obviously they don't have or get an south african ID. This is simply just data collection from shein for the south african government. And then I get the answer from them "if you are not a South African, kindly check with the South African government for the document that you may acquire or at least be as good as the South African identity number that you may use. Unfortunately, a passport is not sufficient. Another option for this is to use a family or friend's SHEIN account registered on the South Africa website to order. If none, apologies as we suggest ordering to a different website." WOW
Worst courier company ever. Twice they stated in their parcel tracking delivery dates and twice I've waited and nothing comes. Calling needs to be heavy patient because it's mostly waiting 30 minutes and waste your money. Then you've get told that someone will call you the day and you will get a sms and nothing comes, AGAIN. Worst experience with them and still have not received my parcel at all.
That's the response you get from them, when you have ordered and paid. No one is answering on whatsapp or call. but email answer is like this: We process website orders on this email. ordered, paid, submitted order and did not hear a word from them. they do big advertising for black friday starting 24th of november till 3rd of december, and no confirmation or any answer. this exclusive virgin hair is a big scam
Worst service EVER!!! I cancelled my 2 contracts with them over 5 times and they still deduct money from the account!!! Besides big blabla they don't do anything!!!!
OVER 12 HRS NOW AND YOUR OFFLINE TOOL IS A JOKE AND NOT WORKING. WE ARE LOOSING ALL MONEY HERE AND SINCE 8 HOURS WE HAVE NO UPDATES AT ALL. THIS WILL END UP WITH A LOT OF USERS WILL LEAVE ETORO AND ALSO CLAIM COMPENSATIONS. ETORO WILL BE DONE WHEN THIS IS GOING ON LIKE THIS. NOT EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORM ON THEYR WEBSITE IS WORKING. I'VE TRIED IT TO SEND AN EMAIL TO THEM AND OPEN A TICKET AS GUEST AND EVEN THEIR IT IS STATING PLEASE LOGIN TO SEND. THAT'S ALSO A SOLUTION TO GET RID OF USERS.
a Company that became family. i love working with them. they are the most trustworthy company i know and always puts treats their clients needs first.
support sucks, customer interface top up not working, data disappears without explanation but asking to send money for top us, both whatsapp on the website leading to the same number (as when this wouldn't look like fraud), always the same person answers the phone (when someone finally answers the phone), doesn't matter which number is called. seems like a two person business, still waiting for a callback, have send emails but also here no answers, can't even top up at all. It's a cellc card they provide, but not even cellc can give information, this company sucks, when their would be the possibility to give negative stars I would gladly do so
