I booked a balcony room through booking.com and on my arrival I was told there's no more balcony rooms.i already paid the higher price for the room. They gave me a room with a bed that was Sooooo uncomfortable, our bodies was hurting the next morning, the so called air conditioner made such a huge noise, at 5am the geyser went on and it sounded like an excavator working at the front door of the room, the room was one of an extension to the facility and was so unfinished, the workmanship and finishes in the hotel was bad, I felt like I've been in a shack. The TV had absolutely no channels and was loose from its bracket. We felt very unsafe at the facility as there weren't even burglar bars on the windows. It was my worse experience sleeping over in Jozi

Attempting to contact this company to inform them that someone is using their e-mail address ecotelpremierlodge@telkomsa.net to send e-mails with suspicious links, but the person who answered the phone was not very helpful, didn't want to put me through to his manager.

Maryjane such a bubbly person , she was helping me with internet I am now connected . She answers all questions you ask her with love and respect I am so greatful and happy that we still have human being like her in the industry

Good day, I am not someone that usually complain, but it was my honeymoon and saw the room with the swan and the bath and though now this will be what I want for my honeymoon as it is not too far from my home……. NOW you tell me how you would feel….. I couldn’t understand why I paid R419 x 2 instead of R545 + R419 as per my whatsapp message attached….. Let me give you my experience • Got there I get a room NOT made ANY special with a shower instead of a bad so I ask for a special room oooooooooo the lady said I will give you a special room • Get to the room the tv is only on 1 channnel as they gave us the wrong remote and NO coffee facilities as I requested as per the whatsapp attached I did ask for a standing fan as my husband is disabled and cant stand heat as he can have a fit, NO DECENT FAN • Later the evening my husband is craving coffee and as we didn’t get the coffee facilities I go to reception to ask for coffee which I have to pay R15 for and guess what for an ECOTEL there is NO fresh milk my husband don’t drive coffee creamer but that is the best we could do so coffee creamer it will be • I couldn’t take it anymore so as I had to take off my bedding they don’t even take off your bedding or clean towels and I go and speak to the manager…… she apoligises and give us a complimentary breakfast. How special!!!! The night before my husband says to me he smells toast. • Here comes the best off all the toast and food is getting warmed up in from of customers in a microwave NO FRESH MILK, NO BUTTER you get butter as per pic attached in a 1kg tub where 100’s of people already touched. They give you coffee out of a flask!!!!!!!!! NO JAM, ALL JOY tomato sauce and mustard • My husband is allergic to fish………….. guess what is on his place…….. a (*^*( Fish finger SERIOUSLY PEOPLE FOR A ECOTEL!!!!!!!!! Now tell me please if you are going to answer me regarding this experience, because I am really tempted to go to Hello Peter, Lekker slaap and all over to give my experience regarding this weekend!!!!!!

i remember last when i wanted to move my fiber from the kitchen to my bedroom,i called an the white guy came,an he told me that i need to pay R900.00 to move this from the kitchen to my bedroom.then i told them that am not gonna pay for the R900.00. The white guy went outside pretending to make a call ,an came back with a different story saying that,its okay they gave him a go ahead he can move it for free🤔🤔How shocking ? Meaning they wanted to **** the whole R900 imagine how many people have fallen for this?

Please do not stay here, this is dirty ***s , the owners collect your money they don't fix up their place, reception guy very arrogant, I asked to speak to manager they wouldn't they keep them stupid.no wifi, this is a k@k place people. Ecotel lakefield benoni. They even gave me wrong number for manager, you should be ashamed.
