I booked a balcony room through booking.com and on my arrival I was told there's no more balcony rooms.i already paid the higher price for the room. They gave me a room with a bed that was Sooooo uncomfortable, our bodies was hurting the next morning, the so called air conditioner made such a huge noise, at 5am the geyser went on and it sounded like an excavator working at the front door of the room, the room was one of an extension to the facility and was so unfinished, the workmanship and finishes in the hotel was bad, I felt like I've been in a shack. The TV had absolutely no channels and was loose from its bracket. We felt very unsafe at the facility as there weren't even burglar bars on the windows. It was my worse experience sleeping over in Jozi

I placed an online order and waited one hour and 20minutes for food to be delivered. Then I CALLED THE STORE to enquire about my order and the manager told me that he will follow up and see what he can do and call me back. The I received an sms to say that the order has been canceled but I paid for it already, the manager told me he will refund my money and till now it hasn't been done, very unhappy about this service.
I was approached by cartrack to install a tracking device in my vehicle, they were supposed to install on Wednesday 12pm, they didn't call me for cancelation or anything whatsoever, I called them and no knew about the device to be installed, the made me agree telephonically but never pitched for the installation, if here service is this bad now already, what about when I'm in real need or in danger? What should I do?
Nhlakanipho Sibanyoni made a follow up on my tracking device and was clear and fast and I like such calls instead of long boring conversations
I've never had better service with any other company than Miway
