On the 28th of March, I was driven into by a company vehicle from Quatro holdings driven by L Sambane . Their Fleet Manager Hannes Swiglaar provided a contact number 0861440000, which is their switchboard number where I was then redirected to someone named Ricaars( not certain about the spelling) who then gave me details to their broker Hazel , @Orion Broking Solution. Long story short, claim was submitted to @Renasa Insurance Company limited , Khetani and Vanessa which were handling the claim refused liability of the claim on the basis that I supposedly hit into their client's stationery vehicle, which I argued , then I was told that I was driving at a high speed and failed to keep a "look out". What does that mean? Asked for the speed I was supposedly driving at and that question was not answered and not given to me as my vehicle still sits in storage without an assessor coming out to asses my vehicle for any conclusion to be reached. What investigation process are they following? I clearly do not have insurance on my vehicle and they are taking advantage of that as I am representing myself. I am now put in a position to hire a lawyer ( which I cannot afford by the way) and I am in the process of doing just that as I am being treated unfairly and not within the insurance laws, why? because I am the disadvantaged party in this situation? Pictures of the incident clearly proves that I was hit into and they are finding every way possible not fix my vehicle. My livelihood is being compromised even further.
Is this how Quatro and their service providers work and treat the people?
