Quay Properties was not the company we initially selected to sell the house. So, when we were informed that this had changed, the wife and I were rather shocked. Concerned about where our money was.
After all, we were paying for the brand name (the previous company's owner has personally phoned to apologise - thank you for this).
Then there's the fact that when given the opportunity to write the date for occupancy, they got it wrong (the wife also got it wrong), and we had to move out a month early. Then they referred us to a lawyer who was so bad at their job we had to hire another.
I cannot state his/lawyer's business's name as it is a sole proprietor... And Doxxing is not cool.
Quay One also neglected to tell the new owners about items we were taking with us, so we were slapped with a law suite. Should have been verbally said and written into the contract. Again, the wife could have read the contract better.
Anyway!
The owner of the previous company called me personally to apologise. I was met with a greatly patient CEO.
Quay One has not phoned me.
