Waited 45 minutes for my Fish and Chips. Eaten at this eatery many times. Fish came out tepid. The place not busy at all. The Manager Jack said the food is cooked and prepared fresh, yes and the food is hot like fish should be when it comes out of the fryer! Thank you Jack for eventually giving me a fresh hot piece of fish, why did you just not offer it in the first place!!! Jack comes across as arrogant and not understanding that I am the customer and am paying for my meal and expect a level of service and standard. The sauce tartar was sour and I think the place is not up to standard it is a hit and miss. The management team are terrible! If you are into slap dash and a drink this is pub grub at its best!

We all get unwanted telephone calls offering to sell our homes. what does one do when one gets 30 calls and will not stop the harassment? I am going to the Regulator and invite readers to do the same.

Quay Properties was not the company we initially selected to sell the house. So, when we were informed that this had changed, the wife and I were rather shocked. Concerned about where our money was. After all, we were paying for the brand name (the previous company's owner has personally phoned to apologise - thank you for this). Then there's the fact that when given the opportunity to write the date for occupancy, they got it wrong (the wife also got it wrong), and we had to move out a month early. Then they referred us to a lawyer who was so bad at their job we had to hire another. I cannot state his/lawyer's business's name as it is a sole proprietor... And Doxxing is not cool. Quay One also neglected to tell the new owners about items we were taking with us, so we were slapped with a law suite. Should have been verbally said and written into the contract. Again, the wife could have read the contract better. Anyway! The owner of the previous company called me personally to apologise. I was met with a greatly patient CEO. Quay One has not phoned me.

Quay Properties, was not the company we initially selected to sell the house. It was Greeff. So, when we were informed that this had changed, the wife and I were rather shocked. Concerned about where our money was. After all, we were paying for the brand name. Then they referred us to a lawyer who was so bad at their job we had to hire another. They also neglected to tell the new owners about items we were taking with us, so we were slapped with a law suite. So, who owns this company, Greeff's son. Why did they do this cryptic rebranding? No idea? Other than the fact that this move must have made family occasion awkward - which would be great! But when it comes down to it. DON'T USE GREEFF AND QUAY PROPERTIES! As they are dishonest and just lie, and also, not good at their job. I am no real estate agent, but after researching their role - these guys failed. Anyway, never use.

Spoke to the consultancy, Ansunette van Jaarsveld, regarding my levies at Quay Properties Services CC and I did not like her attitude, arrogance and rudeness. She was racists and did have manners to handle calls, clients especially black people. When she talked to me she talked like I am her domestic worker or a person who does not know her rights. She is very incompetent to her job and to deal with people because she don’t even explain to you. She just expect to listen o her and does nopt want to listen to your response. I am her client, she is supposed to respect and value clients. I made an arrangement with Yolande and Madelein Lloyd to pay my levy in advance because their system does not debit on the 25/26 of the month is programed for the 1st of every month that is why I pay my levy on the 27 of every month before the first. Now levy has been increase and to R837.19 and I pay R800 that means I will go to my bank soon and edit that R37.19 every month. I worked and I get paid on the 25th of every month. And my monthly levy was not a problem in this regard because every month I received statements dated 01/10/2017 showing Amount Due, showing Total Due R1229.51, areas of 385.58, and current R843.93. Then a reminder letter dated 15 September 2017 showing outstanding balance of R378.02 as 15 September 2017 these are my areas that are outstanding. After I received the reminder via email I pay R400.00 for my areas on the 29/09/2017 because I noticed that on the reminder it was indicated that interest will be charged on any outstanding balance on after the 7th following month, and normal debit of R800 went through on 27/09/2017. I also settled my areas before month end. She is threatening me with lawyers.

I received a statement with my outstanding balance for my levies for the month of October, the amount due was R1229.51, my monthly levies are debited every month-an amount of R800 I'm in arrears of R378.02 which I settled on the 29 of September 2017. Today ive received another letter advising that I need to pay R558.51 for which I don't know where they get this amount as I paid the monthly instalment together with the interest-why am I still owing levies? I've also negotiated that I pay my levies in advance so there shouldn't be any late payments penalties on my account. I queried this with Ansunette van Jaarsveld who is handling the account and she was very rude and defensive, she didn't even bother to check her books and she refused to refer my matter to her manage as she said WHAT SHE SAYS GOES. This is my account and before she issues out any statement she should check her ledger and explain to me as her client how it came about that I still have a balance that's outstanding. I refuse to pay this outstanding balance R558.51. and I cannot deal with this Ansunette as she is rude and unapproachable. I have proof of payments to support my query.
