Once more, their Priority Delivery took four full days instead of 24 hours. My insulin arrived with the ice pack melted. This means the five capsules are unusable. It took two days and numerous Chat messages (2 hours) before they agreed to send another batch. In the meantime, I have to buy more insulin, for which I will not be refunded.
They don't have a working call centre number, fail to implement recurring buying orders, and take 36 hours to respond to emails when you complain. what kind of service does this platform provide for buying shares?
They telephone me every day. Normally I block the call. Today I was in my car and did not notice who was calling. The agent wanted to talk about life cover. I asked him to stop the call. He refused! I had a passenger in the car. He insisted he would call again if I put down and would keep doing so until I gave him a "Valid Reason" for not phoning. Trucaller says in 60 days that call centre made 17 000 spam calls.

I feel Booking.com is ripping us off. When you book, they demand a credit card. No problem. Then the guesthouse phones and demands immediate payment!. The guest house says they want cash and will not accept a credit card as payment. I ask the guesthouse to leave the booking as they have changed the rules Booking.com then charges a cancellation fee! They say I can cancel without a cancellation fee if they get 14-day notice. I want to travel within 3 days. I do not have 14 days.
Every evening between 9 and 10 pm, our fibre modem crashes and has to be reset. this has been ongoing for about four months.
