We had a birthday party at Acrobranch Modderfontein yesterday, Easy was our host. Every single staff member was patient with the kids, they even remembered their names which was amazing. We'll be back.

This was our first time visiting Acrobranch Centurion, and sadly, it didn’t go well. We arrived excited but had no idea how the process worked. Instead of being welcomed or guided, we were just told by someone named Betty to stand and wait at the entrance. Every time we tried to ask what was going on or what to expect, she seemed more and more irritated with us. Eventually, I had to speak up about her attitude, but she just ignored us and went back to her laptop. She said she was the manager and that there was no one else we could talk to raise her attitude with us. I asked for someone else and was given the name “Sticks,” but the number we got just went to voicemail. What made it worse was that it felt personal. We noticed that other families, especially of different races, were treated with more kindness and patience. The experience for the kids wasn’t great either. One of the assistants at the yellow course shouted at the children while explaining the rules. It scared my 5-year-old and another child. Instead of making it fun and exciting, it felt harsh and unwelcoming. We were really looking forward to this as it was my sons birthday and his first time trying this, but it ended up being stressful and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how we were treated.

Acrobranch Hillcrest We took our 6 year old grandson on Saturday morning on the recommendation of friends. What a wonderful experience. Great, caring and patient staff. Great facilities. Restaurant was well priced and well thought out menu, food highly recommended. Our grandson had the best 2 hours ever. We will be back in 4 months when he turns 7. Thank you Acrobranch Hillcrest.

Acrobranch Modderfontein What an exceptional and excellent service from the gate to the final point of adventure even after completing the activities. the car guard guy understands why customers exist, a cherry on top is the staff in the premises all of them are unique in their own and shining stars. My kids and I had a wonderful experience especially me, I wanted to stop and return back due to fear but Moses and Tebogo made sure I finished what I started. Tebogo became my personal coach🤣as he was called by one of the employees and they kept cheering me. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit Acrobranch for family fun activities. What I like most is the resting/picnic places, we brought our picnic basket and and sat there after everything and the fun we had was out of this world by just chilling and chatting.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Acrobranch in Modderfontein. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a fun day turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience when two of our phones were ******. The theft occurred from a large black storage container near our table. We suspect it happened during a commotion on the blue course. A person began screaming uncontrollably while staff attempted to assist them. Based on timestamps from our photos, this individual had been on the course for a while, with staff repeatedly trying to communicate with them before the outburst. This dramatic scene drew a crowd near our table, creating the perfect distraction for the theft. To make matters worse, when we reported the incident, a staff member named Thabo Leboko offered to assist us. However, his approach raised serious concerns. He asked us to provide sensitive information, including: Both phone numbers Phone PINs Emails linked to the phones Passwords to those email accounts This request was alarming, as even service providers like MTN don’t ask for such sensitive details. We refused to provide the information. No further investigation from management. This lack of assistance has left us deeply disappointed.

We had a terrible experience at Acrobranch Modderfontein. We went for my son’s 8th birthday and booked the Green course - beginners. There weren’t nearly enough guides on the course to assist the kids. Kids were in tears, understandably some were a little nervous, but having guides per obstacle as most other courses would have made a huge difference. When this was raised with management we were met with a terrible attitude rather than trying to assist. I would avoid as far as possible.
