We went there with the kids and the staff members were so horrible. They were complaining about doing their jobs. Do not waste your money here
Last month, I decided to pay my account early but Telkom decided to charge my a debit order charge for no damn reason. I tried complaining to their Twitter account and whoever is handling that account is beyond rude. I will not be paying that charge. Imagine being punished for paying early
I've ordered from this place a couple of times and they are usually fast but this time around, they have been very disappointing. There is no response from their WhatsApp escalation number, there isn't an actual number to call so I just have to wait. I had to buy another school for my child because these people decided to not deliver
I can't believe I have to complain yet again about customer service from this insurer. I got a text that I will no longer be insured because they do not want to insure cellphones anymore. I am currently not insured with them but they decided to still debit my account. I complained weeks ago and till today, no assistance
I am so ****ed with this insurance. They make it so easy to take out the insurance, within seconds you are covered. They take their debit order on time but when it comes to attending claims, they drag their feet. Worst experience ever. They don't even have numbers you can get them on
I made a mistake when placing an order. I forgot to change the address since I was ordering for someone else. As soon as I realised my mistake, I quickly tried to find ways to get in contact with you guys. The only option I had was to be in contact with the driver. I called him numerous times but I think because he was already so late in picking up the order he just ignored my calls, even ended up rejecting my calls. So I sent messages on the app, no answer. I keep calling and calling, he only answered when he was at my door. I told him what happened and gave him the right address which is only 10 mins away just fyi. He complained that Uber will not pay him fot the trip then said he has not received my messages so I should semd a direct sms, I did but after a minute he called and said he has not received it. My messages have a delivery report so I know he received it. At the end, I had to order Uber Connect just to get the food delivered. Worst service ever!!!
I had the most horrible experience with this bus. We were meant to travel at 22:00 on the 19th of November but the bus broke down and we only left JHB at 4:30am and this was after the police was called. I spent over 18 hours on a bus from JHB to DBN. Mistake I made is that I booked a return ticket. They sent an sms a day before I had to go back to JHB telling me that the bus that was scheduled for 9am is now moved to 19:30 and at a different station so I cancelled the booking and booked another bus. Till this day, they have not refunded me. Worst bus service ever
I've had my fair share of complaints with Vodacom but it has been over a year with no complaint at all. They respond quickly when I have an issue and their service has been amazing. Thank you Vodacom #SupportLocal
I often use Bolt or Taxify when I do my monthly grocery. Last month, I requested and everything was going well up until we reached my destination (Boulders Shopping Centre). The other drivers were apparently on strike so they pulled the driver aside and I got out. After about 15 minutes I see that the driver has not ended the trip. I checked everywhere on the app to see where I can end it and there was no option. I even went outside to see if he is still parked there but I did not see anything. I ended up calling him and he immediately ended the trip. Now I don't blame the driver because he was scared and distracted. The issue I have is with Bolt, I did send a request about this because I ended up being overcharged for this but no response. They clearly do not care about their customers anymore
