Shocking service by surly waitrons, mediocre Food, Disinterested Management, for the price you pay for the food and drinks much better venues to take your patronage to. The place has become grubby because no one cares because people keep supporting mediocrity! Used to be clean and vibrant! Staff all lurk about without any purpose!
Waited 45 minutes for my Fish and Chips. Eaten at this eatery many times. Fish came out tepid. The place not busy at all. The Manager Jack said the food is cooked and prepared fresh, yes and the food is hot like fish should be when it comes out of the fryer! Thank you Jack for eventually giving me a fresh hot piece of fish, why did you just not offer it in the first place!!! Jack comes across as arrogant and not understanding that I am the customer and am paying for my meal and expect a level of service and standard. The sauce tartar was sour and I think the place is not up to standard it is a hit and miss. The management team are terrible! If you are into slap dash and a drink this is pub grub at its best!
Kings Meat Deli Castlegate. I consider myself a regular customer but today one of those days when customer service is zero from the cashier. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour by taking your money and I should be grateful that they are serving me. We pay a lot for our products at Kings Deli and everyone deserves to be treated like a customer with respect and courtesy. I really dont know where they employ these people from. Leaves one feeling awkward. I really hope the manager does address the matter as he promised to do.
The worse service you can get from a company. If you thinking of using their product and getting backup support service forget about them. You cant speak to a Manager. The phones keep you holding for hours! Their Tap exit codes dont work! Their Tap1 codes allow you in but not out! It is a nightmare in a complex if you cant get it sorted out.
Wilma was extremely helpful and patient as covid presented many challenges. I have been paid every month! I left it all up to Wilma and i was not dissapointed.
Don't ever go to Sunglass Hut with a refund it will never happen . Do not put it on your Edgar's account you will struggle to get the credit reversed from your account. Lender at Edgar's Tableview and Sunglasshut just the worst nightmare to experience and at the end of the month Edgar's wants a payment buy 30 days later 22 dec 2015 receipt 1002117 store 2723 Lendel za000009 my account still reflects R1790 for sunglasses which was returned.
