We are about to put our TapTap system online. I called at 08:00 this morning with queries regarding the MyComb App and I still have not had any feedback. The app does not send OTP's to the users trying to register or change their password so it is not something I can fix. The support lady keep asking irrelevant questions and gets nothing done.

Called the support number on Saturday morning at 10h00. There was NO indication that Comb Comm is not open or able to answer calls. The call was 'answered' and a recorded message kept saying 'You are the next person in the queue and the call will be answered as soon as the next agent is available" Waited for 30 minutes and then realised that they are probably not open on Saturday.

Since the log in page has changed I have not been able to log into the system. Subsequently I have called their help desk where they said they would check what the problem is and call me back, nothing yet 4 days later. I have also sent them an email asking them to resolve this problem, no reply. I can only assume that Comb Communications don't give a continental about their paying customers.

After multiple attempts to have our mulfunctioning gate intercom system serviced for a problem that we assumed would be a small hardware repair we eventually gave up with comb.. comb recommended we replace our outdated unit as the speaker probably isn't working due to the cellphone networks upgrading from basic GSM etc etc .. they had kindly provided a quote to upgrade our unit for approx R30k.. we ended up using a gent with some electrical experience to test the components and replace the internal speaker for under R1k and magically the intercom is working perfectly again.

To my understanding Comb is a supplier and they use installers approved by them to install and maintain the system. I know that does not fully explain the reasons for the reviewers' problems but I thought I should mention this because the installers more than Comb are to blame here.

Very poor support, sometimes get an initial response to a problem (asking for more details etc), but after that, there is no further contact. I have issues that have been running for more than a year.
