Company harassing family
This company has been harassing myself and my mother demanding payment for an account that was paid in full. The call centre agents are rude and unprofessional. They first wanted R72.00 and all of a sudden they want R100000.00 as we refused to pay for a service that was never requested by us. If they want payment they should be seeking it from the party that employed them. Why should i have to pay tthem for something that has absolutely nothing to do with me or my family. This is extortion and harassment! I want the contact details of the ceo or owner of this disgusting company so i can lodge a formal complaint and i will take legal action should they continue to harass my family.

Could I kindly ask that you escalate the matter to me via email, as the Managing Director, to admin@queconsolidated.co.za - and I will attend to it soonest as a matter of urgency to have the issue seen to. I would however require you to include in your email the cellphone number the phone calls were made, and if available, the reference number used in order to speed up the conclusion of the query. I truly hope and trust that we would be able to resolve it soonest.
