We are a pre primary school that reached out to this company during the year of Covid as we had a lot of bad debts that we wanted to recover. We handed over the bad debts in 2021 and had lots of email contact with them telling us how the debt colecting was going. After numerous emails and phone call we were advised that they had concluded their audit and that we were told that we would be receiving R17000.00 by the end of April 2023. We have not received any money from them and now I cannot get hold of them on any of the platforms. The numbers that I have been trying are: 087 820 6914 073 820 6914 073 748 4689

This company has been harassing myself and my mother demanding payment for an account that was paid in full. The call centre agents are rude and unprofessional. They first wanted R72.00 and all of a sudden they want R100000.00 as we refused to pay for a service that was never requested by us. If they want payment they should be seeking it from the party that employed them. Why should i have to pay tthem for something that has absolutely nothing to do with me or my family. This is extortion and harassment! I want the contact details of the ceo or owner of this disgusting company so i can lodge a formal complaint and i will take legal action should they continue to harass my family.

Despite a paper trail given of an account dating back last year advising that a medical account was NOT mine. Que Consolidated continues to contact me for payment. E-mail correspondence and telephonic conversations have been made and still I am being chased for an account that is not for me. I have told them CONTACT THE ACTUAL PATIENT of the account. I cannot put this any simpler for anybody... The patient of the account have confirmed the account was paid and sorted out, yet I still get e-mails regarding payment?? Stop asking people for money who do not owe you money!!! Correct your systems accordingly.

Never ever have i waited so long for ppl to claim my money. I have waited since January until now and nothing yet. I have money outstanding i ask for help on fb and after a week a lady phoned and said she will help us. We went to them with the document and sign and a man said to us he will help us get our money out these ppl. After 2 months i ask them how the progress and they said sarcastic they busy with it i must not rush them. About another 2 months went pass and the lady phoned and said she cant get through to the no i said but why wait 4 months with no answer to the company she tells me it. Why are there lies. They could at keast sent email or sms and states what the progress. I phoned again and ask for the lady she was apperently out. I whatsapp her and ask bout progress she msg me contact details and blocked me. My hubby phone the manager and ask how the case he screamed that we cant phone them on their cell. Pls advice.
