Despite a paper trail given of an account dating back last year advising that a medical account was NOT mine. Que Consolidated continues to contact me for payment. E-mail correspondence and telephonic conversations have been made and still I am being chased for an account that is not for me. I have told them CONTACT THE ACTUAL PATIENT of the account. I cannot put this any simpler for anybody... The patient of the account have confirmed the account was paid and sorted out, yet I still get e-mails regarding payment?? Stop asking people for money who do not owe you money!!! Correct your systems accordingly.
