Absolutely terrible service from this courier company. Claim to have not had the address on the waybill, but said they sent a driver and he didnt have a Unit number - But they have my number, so they couldnt call me to confirm WHILE HE WAS HERE??!! Instead, send it back to the warehouse to tell me delivery will be on Monday, after I had to take a day off of work today for the delivery to arrive accordingly. I know unemployment is high in S.A. but some of us do still have jobs we have to go too!! To add insult to injury, the guy I spoke to @ 15:50, told me the address has been corrected and the delivery will be done today. When I called to find out what is happening, I get told no it will be delivered on Monday, when nobody will be home - So I should basically expect ANOTHER delay!!!
I am absolutely appalled by the service received from Mweb!! I was contacted by Mweb regarding cancellation of my line, which I made NO such a request, at any time!! Despite numerous e-mails with Nawaal Collins, Victoria Benjamin, Refqah Davids-Paleker as well as numerous phone calls with Mweb, my line was still terminated on the 6th of August 2024. I have sent numerous e-mails, and nobody is coming back to me. When I call Mweb, I was told they would call me back once a message has been sent to Nawaal Collins. This is absolutely disgusting service... How do you cancel someones line, when they paid for the month, and NEVER requested the cancellation?? Mweb needs to have my line instated with immediate effect, and I want the evidence of where this request was done to cancel the line!
An absolute ****... MWEB increased my monthly fee in December 2023 of which they told me it was for an annual increase (despite not receiving notice of this increase). I received my latest statement, not even 5 months later, I have another annual increase and again with NO notice of this increase. After waiting for an hour on the phone, I requested to speak to a manager and was on hold for another 45 minutes before I hung up... This sort of customer service is absolutely disgusting to say the least... How is MWEB charging people 2 annual increases per year, without notification?? That reeks of **** and *****!!

Bonitas owe me money for savings that I have accumulated over the years. I was told I had to wait 4 months, in the past medical aids used to make you only wait for 3 months. We are now in the 5th month and they refuse to confirm when the payment date will be made. I have sent numerous e-mails trying to get a proper answer, and all i get back is read receipts. BONITAS, GIVE ME WHATS IS MINE!! This is now bordering fraud, as you are earning interest off money due to me!! I want details of the next payment run, and I want confirmation i will be settled on that date.
The UIF website is absolutely HORRIFIC!! The system does not allow for a once off "bulk" payment, we are expected to literally do little once-off payments of R5.00??!! Are we living in 1995 that this website cannot process a group/bulk payment??!! Furthermore, I have made 4 payments, yet my declarations only shows as 2 being paid??!! When I call the "call center" I literally get cut off every time x 4. I think the staff are purposely cutting me off as they have no clue how to answer me in respect of bulk payments. Terrible experience, and I seriously hope this gets to somebody, somewhere that can actually assist me!!
Absolutely PATHETIC service from Absa Personal Loan!!! I have confirmation dating back to the 20th of November 2020, requesting my debt order be changed as I will no longer be banking with Absa. Absa still debt's my old account which has no funds, thus reflecting badly on my name. I spoke to Anele Phiri ho was absolutely RUDE on the phone, raising her voice to me saying "they do not have the change of details on the system"... Yet, I literally have the correspondence on e-mail send to EverydayBankingEnquiries@absa.co.za This is the exact type of service why I am leaving this God forsaken bank!!
I purchaed 2 bottles of 1.5 Thirsti water yesterday at Checkers (Glenvista). Today, I opened it, took a few drinks and noticed it has these very strange brown particles floating around in the water??!! What in the actual... Avoid spending money on this water, very untrustworthy!!
Absolutely shocking service form Bonitas... To change banking details, I can do this on the phone with ANY other service I have and PAY for. With Bonitas, I have to fill out a form and send it back with proof of the new bank and a copy of my ID... Only to be told, to send a copy of my ID?? Huh?? READ the e-mail, I sent the copy of the ID!!! Twice now!!! I want Bonitas to change my bank details, a simple process... I want them to them confirm it has been change, another simple process of sending an e-mail... Instead, I have to send them a million e-mails of the SAME documents and tell them a million times READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All documents were attached, for pete sake
