My car was involved in a hit and run incident whilst parked in one their parking bays. Incident reported to security control room, I was advised the managers are gone home and when they return the next day they will review the cameras and get back to me. Of course I had no feedback until I called them the next day , oh apparently there is no camera coverage, nothing they can do. that's it. No interest at all, leaves one to think if this is was even reviewed or if this is just the normal things that happen on thier property and they just don't care. Oh also parked at own risk....
1st alarm activation, no prompt response, and then they can't gain access from main gate into my complex, perimeter check done, slip signed and left in post box. (my house is bot visible from street view therefore perimeter check does not help) 2nd alarm : control calls 10min later, i did request armed response, i waited an hour, no one arrived. Control room calls me 5hrs later to tell me they did come and could not gain access. Yet again, no one reporting technical issues and no one calling me to allow access or even tell me theres a problem. 3rd alarm: armed response strolls in 25min later, still cant gain access, upon MY investigation, the problem was detected, escalated and resolved by a technician 2 weeks later. (at no cost as i refused to pay as this was not my fault) Also realized they dont have access to the rear of my property. Sales person did not do a proper assessment to explain requirements of access or even tell me we won't be able to service this part of your property which is actually the most critical area. I have sent countless emails to the sales person Merle and contracts manageress Mary requesting a credit to my account or to just cancel this contract so that i can move to another company as clearly i have paid for nothing since they never had any access to my property and thier pathetic response time however they have either passed the buck or blatantly ignored them, clearly customer service is not important. This is now a month later. All they interested is the quick sale and debit orders and NOT providing the SAFETY to paying customers!
Kettle purchased for R650 and lid does not close full within a few months. Only 1 year guarantee. Poor quality. Highly Not recommended.
Never saw agent until keys to house was handed over in a pathetic filthy condition. Upon occupation did we find the property has existing bore, and rodent infestation. Plumber, electrician called out in a space of 3 days. Cupbords falling down, tap leaks, etc. All emails /requests /reports are brushed off and are for your cost to resolve as she takes no accountability or responsibility over anything. Property priced way above actual evaluation.Dishonest and disceitful with seller. Highly Not recommended. Use at own risk!
Compliance certification issued to seller confirming property clear of bore, seller and agent did not disclose pest issues, upon occupation and inspecting, property still has affected areas as well as an existing rodent infestation. Emails and calls ignored. Highly Not recommended!
Upon enrollment everything seems exceptional however after a month of my daughter attending this school did I find many concerns.Small numbers per class became packed and over crowded. Kids not taken out for lunch break /time out as 5 year olds are "too small". They are at their desk from 8 to 12:30. Classroom swept by teacher while kids sit on floor, lunch bags thrown to the kids. Exorbitant stationary fee compared to other schools however all stationary is pooled and kids left fighting for certain items. Teacher displaying favoritism towards 5year olds?!!P. E scheduled twice a week but cancelled so often. Whatsap group used to communicate to parents however we new parents not added to the group. Sports day cancelled on the morning of the event but we the only parents standing in the stadium only to be told its cancelled when we decided to call. All parents received cancelation as they are apart of this group.my child became sick often, throwing up morning and evenings but her paediatrician could not detect any physical illness only advising that it could be anxiety and I should investigate changes at home or school. All issues regarding the school brought to the attention of the principal via calls, messages and personal visits by myself and husband on several occasions but nothing was resolved, just empty promises and excuses. Unprofessional staff. Horrible experience. Highly not recommended.
Good day Re: EC-1JGE-364LKB I would like to let you know after speaking to and emailing through to numerous incompetent /unhelpful Vodacom consultants and email addresses, dealing with the unprofessional attorneys (whom were just as unhelpful) there is only 1 person that has changed my entire horrible experience with Vodacom into a wonderful one. From one call 'she made to me' , she listened, she understood, she was professional and the best part she actually resolved my issue. Just one call. She left me feeling she will help me and she did just that! She further contacted me to provide feedback and let me know the problem has been fixed the very next morning!! No excuses, no waiting periods, no putting you on hold, dropping calls . No rude attitude. As far as I am concerned she is an absolute star and an asset to your company. Thank you Wardah!! (Client services center) PS: check your staff so that you may train more consultants to provide a service like Wardah did. Ashwin. Client services. Premature cancelation done, paid up and proof of payment emailed to cancelation department however Not processed!! Fast forward 6 months later I'm sent smses from attorneys demanding payments! No call, no invoice /statement, no email from Vodacom or these attorneys advising what is owed and for what. Now who is liable for this when I have done my part and canceling this contract and sending the email to your email provided. Pathetic customer service from your call center staff and the business itself. How do you just hand over accounts with no communication with your clients. Went into the store yesterday as well only to find out you guys had my laptop number as a contact number?? Cancelation was logged on the day I paid up however it expired!! There was a reason for a premature cancelation not sit with this month's later!!!

Disgusting customer service! Unprofessional people calling you and demanding payment on a CURRENT account that you not even aware of.
