Appalling Service
I recently bought a property through Julie. She was on the ball to ensure that the offer to purchase process went through well. However this all changed after we signed it. We were not allowed to view the property again after signing the offer, as we wanted to inspect if there was anything which needs to be done during the period that the rates took to clear (which was delayed on their part) It was insisted that we pay occupational rent before viewing the place again even though the owners had moved out. So, I paid a month's occupational rent, only to come in and realize there is much more work to be done than a coat of paint before we actually started occupying the property. There were defects we did not know about before we placed the offer, that could have been picked up with another view, but were not disclosed to us. I did ask for us to come through after the money had been transferred and have another look at the property to assess any work that needed to be done before paying occupational rent, but was told that wouldn't be possible. We were shocked at the issues we faced with the new property. The garage door did not open, there was a motor and battery issue which still needs to be fixed. The main bathroom ceiling was damp and it is leaking, even though it wasn't on the first visit. Most of the window sliding latches did not work, they were jammed shut or didn't close. There was a cigarette box stuffed between one of the windows and pane to keep it shut. Another was tied together with a piece of string. The window in the bedroom did not close properly. I needed to replace all the windows with aluminum frames. We received 2 access tags, and only one was working. When I asked Julie about whether I should get it re-programmed, she told me to wait as the previous owners may replace it. When I followed up about it, she said that they only had one tag and blankly ignored my further questions and emails about the issues we were facing and refused to take any accountability. What terrible service! I will NEVER advise anyone to buy a property through her, I needed to spend A LOT more money than expected. Once Julie Solomon has guaranteed her money from the sale, she will forget about bothering to help you at all!

NO accountability and dishonest
Never saw agent until keys to house was handed over in a pathetic filthy condition. Upon occupation did we find the property has existing bore, and rodent infestation. Plumber, electrician called out in a space of 3 days. Cupbords falling down, tap leaks, etc. All emails /requests /reports are brushed off and are for your cost to resolve as she takes no accountability or responsibility over anything. Property priced way above actual evaluation.Dishonest and disceitful with seller. Highly Not recommended. Use at own risk!

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BY ESTATE AGENCY
This is not a disgruntled former employer. I was ripped off and threatened by the law firm owner who apparently covers up for Julie Solomon property. I'm calling on buyers or sellers, landlords or tenants to please check their invoices sent by Julie Solomon property. She is registered as an agent under mp lutge law firm. I've seen screenshot invoices sent by her to Conveyancers. She uses his vat number and address and either her personal account number or business account(Julie Solomon property) which is not a legal estate agency and pockets these commissions. If you look at the invoice and check the vat number and then look at where the money is going you will see that vat is going into her personal account or a business account other than the law firm. Please report this to the police for investigation if this is the case. The estate board is doing nothing about it whilst hundreds of clients are getting ripped off
