I payment the last 3 month using the Ref to pay by any store 11964220105920 Rain has not picked up any payment I made from January, February, March I been disconnected from my internet. I do online work and I made the payment on Friday the 14th March again and yet again I keep phoning the caller just say they can't help me. The whole day I waited for billing department to phone me and they didn't. I am still off. 😡😡😡 When will I get connected Rain I pay my account please look up the Ref you gave me and you will trace all my bladdy payment.
I would like to know the 3 weeks that I have been off can I pay 3quorter of the R535 as I had barely any internet I have proof of the first complaint I logged and calls made and how many time I contact Rain. I used my own data to stay connected with my brother and sister. I lost my online teaching job 😭 because of no internet I couldn't Skype and teach my students. I won't be able to pay even all of it as No Job No money 😭. Apoligies don't help anymore cause you people won't replace my job. I can't even pay my rates this month. Please Rain meet me half way. I am very angry with telkom and call centre is pathetic. My contract was over and done then i ask for a month to month bases. I were one month outstanding and tried every month to pay the full amount. Last month i ask to cancel the internet only and keep the line on as i get work in through the line. Telkom showed me that they will suspend my line as well. 2 years ago i lost so much work and customers due to line was not working. I don't understand how you ppl work as i got an account June for R1580 i did not pay my account as i was out of funds. I was going to take my little bit of money and pay the account. I have just opened the app and saw that i am charge additional R600 for what!!!!! Now how will i pay it up to date if i am just being charge for being suspended come on ppl i get a pension i am 77 yrs old. My cellphone contract has also been charge another R230 for what. I wanted to get an upgrade. What happening and the call centre for the internet and and landline has laugh at me and said i must pay up where are the proffesional and caring telkom gone to. Please i am ****ed off really.
Never ever have i waited so long for ppl to claim my money. I have waited since January until now and nothing yet. I have money outstanding i ask for help on fb and after a week a lady phoned and said she will help us. We went to them with the document and sign and a man said to us he will help us get our money out these ppl. After 2 months i ask them how the progress and they said sarcastic they busy with it i must not rush them. About another 2 months went pass and the lady phoned and said she cant get through to the no i said but why wait 4 months with no answer to the company she tells me it. Why are there lies. They could at keast sent email or sms and states what the progress. I phoned again and ask for the lady she was apperently out. I whatsapp her and ask bout progress she msg me contact details and blocked me. My hubby phone the manager and ask how the case he screamed that we cant phone them on their cell. Pls advice.

<p>Braby is the worst of people especially Gwen Listen as they fraudulent put a fake signature on and had my husband wrong name on the forms wrong email on braby book who on this planet does such damn thing to get money out the people and on top of it laugh when I told her I offer R50 a month or max R100 a month cause I am disable and unemployed she laugh at me. Gwen also did not give us time to explain as when my husband said hold on do not publish they went ahead and publish it on top of it the business does not belong to me or my husband we sign it over to a new business owner 2013. Shiron Boodhoo were so rude she does never listen to one side only she can tell her her **** side as well as Gwen. Gwen threatened me I will never be able to open an account. Braby please do a favour please listen to your customer and don't laugh at people especially if they unemployed and disabled. Oh also please don't commit fraud. </p>
My cell phone card was giving me problems. I went to the store this morning and this rude lady phoned the 8ta queries and everytime i spoke to her she said huh as i am hard of hearing and very sick with the flu. They told us that i owe R1700 which i paid 2 years ago, Through an Fnb account. I don't understand they never sent me a statement or account or anything as i was up to date. Now they are saying i still owe money and they will keep blocking all my pay as u go Sim cards. I want to see their statements and bank statements to state that i never paid they must prove it. Someone here in telkom mobile probably took the money and disappeared. I have never ever had such a bad experience like this morning. I have on many occasion phoned and ask Mr Louie Meyer to contact me back and im am sick of phoning them just to get my money out of them. I did an insurance letter to Mr Johann Smith in February due to the hail storm we had everytime you ppl say you will sort it out my telephone calls ended up to R1150 and who must pay for it . You ppl of the insurance company are suppose to phone us and let us know what going on, plus sort it out with your customer. Hi I have a customer that paid money through Eft to my account and my customer from Nedbank, the money still have not reflex in my account and am still waiting. I phoned twice this morning and they reckoned it weekend and must wait 48 hours for the money to reflex but yet it appears in the week within an hour after transfer. I need the cash urgent to get spares for the customer and provide for my kids. Bank Charges are also getting higher. <br> In Pietermaritzburg there are only a few Capitec atm what's going on. We need low charge for Deposit, Eft and Withdrawal. <br>
