Waste my time.

In February 2024 I had issues getting my cars disc & was told to do this & thar by license department, I found Marlene on wattsapp & said she could sort it out for my R3k later, it will take 5 - 7 working day, that past, then it 7 - 10 working day, I had the patience to wait, then suddenly a month past & 3 months past & then the excuses started coming out, first the system is offline, then she didn't manage to get there on the day, it's now been 10 months & still using the same excuse, her contact was not in, offline, she will go the next day, always an excuse, then it's the papers will be ready by this & that day, nothing happens. I'm more worried she hasn't even started with my paper work yet & just making excuses. I even wanted to meet her at the place the have the papers, first they in jhb, then they in Pretoria & as per her excuses, they don't deal directly with public. I even asked for the papers as far as they are with some money back to finish myself & more excuses or no answer for a day or 2. Don't use her.
