Queens Park Kolonnade incompetence.

Now let’s speak about the incompetence and pathetic service I received at QueensPark branch at Kolonnade. A gift voucher that was bought and activated apparently cannot be used to access certain items in the store. My question is HOW? No one cared to explain how a gift voucher cannot give you access to buying something from the branch.

I had to call the Headquarters/ Head Office to confirm if this is possible and I was advised that there’s absolutely no way this is possible. I was confronted by the very same *********** staff members, by the names of Makgosi Mohala who is the cashier. Don’t get me started on her very terrible attitude and lack of accountability and sympathy. Extremely ***********.

Moving on to the store manager whose name is Seipati Sefako. She walks in the store with an ice cream in her hand licking her life away. What a pathetic lady who doesn’t deserve the position she holds. Her reasoning as to why I received such terrible service is extremely poor and questionable. Even a 5 year old can reason better than that. Absolutely pathetic!

Ultimately my point is, STAY AWAY FROM Queens Park branch in Kolonnade. Peak incompetence and arrogance. I hope they all lose their jobs.
