Now let’s speak about the incompetence and pathetic service I received at QueensPark branch at Kolonnade. A gift voucher that was bought and activated apparently cannot be used to access certain items in the store. My question is HOW? No one cared to explain how a gift voucher cannot give you access to buying something from the branch. I had to call the Headquarters/ Head Office to confirm if this is possible and I was advised that there’s absolutely no way this is possible. I was confronted by the very same *********** staff members, by the names of Makgosi Mohala who is the cashier. Don’t get me started on her very terrible attitude and lack of accountability and sympathy. Extremely ***********. Moving on to the store manager whose name is Seipati Sefako. She walks in the store with an ice cream in her hand licking her life away. What a pathetic lady who doesn’t deserve the position she holds. Her reasoning as to why I received such terrible service is extremely poor and questionable. Even a 5 year old can reason better than that. Absolutely pathetic! Ultimately my point is, STAY AWAY FROM Queens Park branch in Kolonnade. Peak incompetence and arrogance. I hope they all lose their jobs.
The pharmacist who helped me at Clicks Menlyn this week 08/05/2024 as well as the week prior whose name is Precious Mojapelo is very rude, arrogant and ***********! The service she renders is very poor and her attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! She deliberately gave me medication that was not in accordance to the prescription. She did this and I told her about it and she bluntly said she does not care! I proceeded to ask what should happen to me because my medication isn’t complete and she again repeated she doesn’t know and does not care. She made the whole situation seem like it was my fault whereas it’s her incompetence and ignorance. She then arrogantly said she does not care if I report her, she said this as if this situation is was a joke! I was at Clicks Menlyn for an hour and more because the trashy service I got! Clicks Menlyn is playing with people’s lives and I would strongly recommend people to stay far away from them if you take your health seriously.
Stay far away from Miway Insurance! They treat their clients who are under distress like total filth! Their employees are ****s and very ***********. There’s an employee whose name is Kgomotso who prides herself with lying to clients when they make calls to report queries. She’s very quick to make clients end calls all in the name of “I promise to call you back” when in fact she doesn’t. I find it baffling how this insurance company is so poor at helping paying clients when they need the help. I’m talking about clients who don’t miss a month when it comes to making payment. Why must clients go through hell before their claims are approved and well executed!? It’s unacceptable! I need people to stay away from this insurance. They sure know how to put people through hell!
I have a cracked windshield and I’ve calling in for assistance for the insurance to get it fixed since they cover it as well. The customer service consultants have been giving me the run around and information that isn’t consistent. One just confirmed that KGOTSO MOGAHLE(who is one of the consultants) has been telling me LIES! I’ve consistently told these people that I desperately need their services but it seems as though they do not take me seriously because they constantly looking for a way to end the call with me. I have no idea why I’m being treated as though I’m getting free service when we all know for a FACT that I’M PAYING! It’s been 4 days and counting now and I’ve called those fours days straight! I’ve had it! This service is trash and I’m hoping Hellopeter will be able to assist me in this regard.
